Welcome to VistaPrint Corporate Solutions Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use our internal creative suite (Email Builder, Banner Generator, and Video Library).

1. Information We Collect

When you log in and interact with our application using your Google Account, we collect the following minimal user information:

  • Account Profile Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture provided via Google OAuth authentication.
  • Application Usage Data: Project configurations, email templates, banner customization properties, and creation/edition timestamps.

2. How We Use Google User Data

We strictly request access to Google User Data via Google OAuth for the following explicit purposes:

  • User Authentication: To verify your identity and allow secure access to the application suite.
  • Project Attribution: To stamp your creator identity (name and profile picture) on email templates and banner projects you create within the platform.
  • Personalized Workspace: To allow you to filter, pin, search, and manage your personal projects in your profile dashboard.
  • Google Drive Synchronization (drive.file scope): To read, write, and save shared project JSON files directly inside a designated application folder on Google Drive.

Note on Scope Access: The application uses the restricted https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope. This means our application can only access, edit, or delete files that it creates itself or that you explicitly open with the app. We have zero access to your other personal Google Drive files.

3. Data Sharing and Transfer

We respect your privacy above all else. We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties.

All project data remains strictly within your enterprise account scope and is stored locally in your browser cache or safely synchronized through Google Drive API endpoints.

4. Data Security

We implement strict security measures to safeguard your information:

  • All network communication between your browser and Google Drive or backend API endpoints is encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
  • Authentication sessions are managed securely via httpOnly cookies and server-side session hints.
  • Frontend application scripts never expose Google access tokens or refresh tokens.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You retain full control over your data within the application:

  • Project Deletion: Deleting a project from the application interface records a tombstone ID and permanently removes it from your active storage and Google Drive project file.
  • Session Termination: Clicking "Sign out" in the application menu immediately revokes active session cookies and clears local cache identifiers.

6. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in application features or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be posted directly on this page with an updated effective date.
